These terms apply to your use of Folderloom, developed and supported by Knoveya.
By using Folderloom, you agree to these terms and the Folderloom Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your Google account and devices secure. Contact support if you notice unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Folderloom, disrupt its operation, bypass quotas or security controls, introduce malicious material, or use content without the necessary rights. Respect the terms of the AI services you use with Folderloom.
Your content and local storage
You retain rights to your content. Folder names, bookmarks, saved prompts and cached conversation text stay on your device and are not synced to Knoveya or between devices. You are responsible for content you save or transfer and for keeping copies of anything important. Folder organization is not a backup of the original conversation.
Continue across AI and export
Review a handoff draft before sending it to another AI provider. Folderloom does not automatically submit it. Visible-chat transfers and PDF exports may omit unloaded messages, images, files and other unsupported content. Review results before relying on them.
Free and paid access
Free limits and paid benefits are described in Folderloom and on its pricing page. Payment processing, taxes, refunds and other purchase conditions are subject to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. These terms do not introduce a separate refund promise or eligibility window.
Availability
Folderloom is provided as available. Features may change, pause or be discontinued. Changes to supported AI websites can affect compatibility. Knoveya does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every result fits every purpose.
Restrictions and responsibility
Knoveya may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, non-payment or legal requirements. To the extent permitted by law, Knoveya is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of Folderloom. Material changes to these terms will show an updated effective date.
