For a useful trial, choose a real recurring task: locate a reference from research, reuse your brief and move the discussion into your drafting AI. Check whether each tool captures enough of your conversation to complete it. A folder count will not answer that question.

Sortbase's privacy policy describes uploading saved or forwarded chats and sending a title with a limited first-message excerpt for categorization. Folderloom syncs organization metadata and saved prompt text, while its transcript cache and search index stay on the device. A direct Sortbase-to-Folderloom importer has not been established here. Start with a small project and retain your existing data. Adding a link to Folderloom does not move the original provider conversation. Review a few representative links and prompts before changing your everyday workflow. Preserve any existing exports until you are satisfied that you can still reach the work you need.
Can I continue a chat without sending it automatically?
